I am what is known as an autistic Asperger. I live in a sort of intimate confinement whose rather dark aspect I seek to transfigure through photography. The result can be found in this gallery of chimerical, haunted, nightmarish figures, the materialization of an interior state projected onto exterior subjects, figurines, toys, masks... The dance of anguish, aesthetic intention and my camera do the rest in the elaboration and production of this phantasmagoria, distantly inspired by the engravings of Goya and Odilon Redon, two of those strange purveyors of incomprehensible monsters who perhaps resemble us.
